USC Basketball – SQJBC Under 14 Trial

UNDER 14 TRIALS
This Trial is Open to Athletes born in 2012 & 2013. All welcome whether you are playing at Rip City or elsewhere, no need or requirement for a transfer prior to trial.
Come and test your skills and enjoy a session trialling against some of the best under-14 talent in the region.
Key dates:
TRIAL 1: Saturday 7th December 2024 @ UniSC Arena
Girls: 12:30pm – 2:30pm
Boys: 12:30pm – 2:30pm

TRIAL 2: TBA
Athletes that wish to attend the U14 Trials can register online (link below) at a cost of $25.
If your Annual BQ registration has or will expire during these dates, you may also need to pay this when you register.
Please attend in a reversible jersey, preferably your Rip City training jersey if you have one.
Don’t forget to bring your water bottle, and lots of energy and effort to showcase your skills.
ON TRIAL DAYS:
Athletes – please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session to sign in.
SPECTATORS:
Parents/Guardians are welcome to observe the session, but coaches will not be available to talk to parents before, during, or after the session; decisions regarding team selection will be communicated by email following the conclusion of both trials.
Pre-season training will start in Term 1, 2025, and the SQJBC season will be played in Term 2 with State Championships in the June-July school holidays.
