Juniors

UniSC Rip City offers weekly junior basketball club competitions for both new and experienced players. This is the ideal place to get involved if you have recently completed a Little Rippers program or your child falls outside of the Little Rippers age bracket. Separate competitions are played for each age group from Under 12’s through to Under 18’s. Under 12’s at this stage are covered in the Little Rippers program. Each age bracket consists of multiple divisions to cater for competitive, developing and social players.

All games are refereed by accredited officials or supervised trainees.  Players are encouraged to train as referees, and are paid according to their level for each game.

Occasionally games maybe played at alternate venues from that originally scheduled. This only occurs if the regular venues are unavailable, and is advised as early in the season as possible.

Team Requests: Players are welcome to request to play with a friend – please email prior to the season commencing for requests
